Fill out one form for each class you are teaching. Please email bjcthunderbird@gmail.com if you have any questions or problems with the form. If you need to make changes that is not a problem. Just make it clear that this is your NEW Selection. We will take the most recent submission if NEW is not indicated. Please submit cut music to BJ Cerny at bjcthunderbird@gmail.com. If you are using a mix of songs please email the edited lyrics to BJ. All music selections need to be submitted by June 19th, 2025.
